Adult Education Budget (AEB) is central government funding that can be used to fund training for adults aged 19 years and over. Courses that are AEB eligible help adults gain new skills that will help them gain new employment or progress in their current role. If you wish to study a level 2 course with us this is the funding type you will use (it is applicable to some level 3 courses as well if you are aged between 19 and 23).

To study with us and use our AEB funding you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Ensure that you have not already completed the course you wish to enrol on.

What is the National Skills Fund?

The National Skills Fund (NSF) is similar to AEB funding. It is there to help adults to train and gain the valuable skills they need to improve their job prospects and support the economy, by helping adults over 19 years of age achieve their first level 3 regulated qualification.

What is an Advanced Learner Loan?
